Drug Law

We have been involved in the wide area of drug law since 1980 and built some special experience that includes all legal aspects of manufacturing and distribution of drugs, ethical as well as OTC.

The legal basis mainly consists of the German Arzneimittelgesetz (Drug Law) and the German Heilmittelwerbegesetz (Drug Advertising Law),
